Woodfield Country Club's highly anticipated state-ofthe-art fitness, spa and salon facility, Cascades, was recently unveiled as part of a $26.5 million renovation plan. The project, which will also feature a new pool complex and clubhouse renovation, was implemented without any planned assessment to the membership.
Cascades features a brand-new fitness facility and world class spa and salon. It also houses Blendz, a "coffee shop meets juice bar" member favorite, offering freshly made smoothies along with complimentary coffee, bagels, oatmeal and more.

Blendz is a modern "coffee shop meets juice bar" gathering place, where members enjoy fresh smoothies, and complimentary coffee and breakfast items every day.
The all new Salon at Cascades features distinguished treatments from luxurious 50-minute pedicures to Keratin hair treatments aligning with the upscale Boca Raton lifestyle.
The fitness facility features separate areas for cardio, weight training, functional training and stretching. There are also three renovated exercise studios where members can choose from over 50 innovative and creative group fitness classes per week. Members have the opportunity to sample a wide variety of fitness options that rival any local gym. Classes like spin, aerial yoga and ballroom dance are popular amongst the youthful membership (average age of 49).
The Cycle Studio features Performance IQ software, which displays performance data in real time on 60-inch screens. Users can check their progress on their computer or smartphone. With all of the contemporary advancements, Cascades' crowning feature has remained intact – sweeping panoramic views of the Woodfield lake and 18th hole.
Wellness meets convenience in the renovated spa and salon, featuring distinguished treatments that align with the upscale Boca Raton lifestyle. From spray tans to teeth whitening, members have access to extensive services to look and feel rejuvenated all year long. The Spa & Salon Boutique offers a variety of exclusive brands of hair products, makeup, skincare, fitness apparel and accessories.
